Return Policy and Shipping Information


We want to make sure your product arrives in a timely manner. To do so, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If we have any issues with verifying your address, our team will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If we are unable to reach, your order will be canceled.

If for some reason you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us via email at sales@ispeakgifts.com ASAP.

We do not issue refunds but will offer store credit or exchange for apparel, unless it was an error on our part. Requests for exchange or store credit must be received within 10 days you’re your purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package for exchange to us.

We are not responsible for merchandise that the USPS or delivery service states that the package was DELIVERED.  You must communicate with the delivering party. 

Note that your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out which is not necessarily the day we receive the order. During holidays the shipping time may be more Once your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order.   International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Shipping fees vary depending on location. If you don't see a shipping fee, that means that the shipping is on us.

Customized specialty items will take longer due to the time it takes to process and make.
